Specialties
I have over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, received my Masters in Transpersonal Psychology in 2009, and became a Certified Coach in 2014.
The body and the mind are interconnected; therefore, any dis-ease in the body can be related to life stressors, negative thoughts, emotional challenges and trauma. This can result in stored energies that causes chronic fatigue, poor posture, sleeping issues, sore muscles, misalignment and more. I specialize in the therapies below, helping my clients love life and feel more vibrant, have better sleep, become more energized, create a healthier outlook on life, reduced stress and the desire to be more in control of their well-being.
By creating and maintaining a regular health maintenance routine, you can change your life from one of pain and frustration to healthy and happy.
Tech Neck

Neck pain that’s caused by repetitive strain and injury to the muscles and other tissue structures of the cervical spine.

The average adult head weighs 10-12 pounds, supported by the bony structures, muscles, ligaments, and tendons of the neck.
When you tilt your head forward and look down (on your phone texting or at the computer), the weight of your head places 50-60 pounds of force on the neck.

The result is muscular and ligamentous strain and other structural issues that cause the symptoms associated with tech neck.

“With repetition, that force can strain or injure the facet joints that connect our vertebrae. When that happens, the surrounding muscles naturally tighten up to protect nearby nerves, which leads to inflammation, pain, and knots in your neck – what is often referred to as tech neck,”
Dr. Trivedi, Associate Medical Director of the Spine Center at UT Southwestern Medical Center

Mindfulness & Meditation

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

Having a higher awareness and being in the present moment, you reduce stress and gain strength in confidence, courage and clarity. This in turn creates a more peaceful and empowering life.
Meditation is a great way to calm the autonomic nervous system, relieving stress and bring awareness to our experience. It physically relaxes both body and mind.
